Support Workers
Frontline Care Team
Our dedicated support workers are the heart of Doeboe Care. Each team member undergoes rigorous screening, including NDIS Worker Screening, police checks, Working with Children checks, and First Aid certification. They receive ongoing training to provide exceptional support.
Support Coordinators
NDIS Navigation Specialists
Our support coordinators help participants understand their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, and maximise their funding. They are passionate about empowering participants to make informed choices about their support.
Quality & Compliance
Standards & Safety Team
Our quality team ensures all services meet NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation. They oversee staff training, incident management, and continuous improvement processes to maintain safe, high-quality care.
