Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doeboe Care website at doeboecare.com.au ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Doeboe Care is a registered NDIS provider (ABN 71 647 122 423) based in Melbourne, Victoria.

2. Services Overview

The Website provides information about Doeboe Care's NDIS disability support services, including but not limited to supported independent living (SIL), short-term accommodation (STA), community access, daily personal activities support, and support coordination.

The Website also provides online forms for enquiries, referrals, and client onboarding. Submission of a form does not constitute a service agreement — formal service agreements are entered into separately.

3. Eligibility

Our disability support services are available to individuals who are NDIS participants with an active NDIS plan, or who are in the process of applying for the NDIS. Service delivery is subject to availability, funding, and a formal assessment and agreement process.

4. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful material
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Website

5. Information Accuracy

While we take care to ensure the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Information about NDIS services, funding, and eligibility is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

For the most current information about NDIS pricing and supports, please refer to the official NDIS website.

6. Forms and Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, referral form, or onboarding portal, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the authority to provide the information (e.g., if submitting on behalf of a participant)
  • Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. Submission of a form does not guarantee service provision.

7. Client Onboarding Portal

Access to the client onboarding portal requires a unique access code provided by a Doeboe Care coordinator. You must not share your access code with unauthorised persons. Documents uploaded through the portal are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Doeboe Care or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to external websites (e.g., NDIS, government resources). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doeboe Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of income, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
